Terms and Conditions
Applicable for LED Display Supply, Installation & Commissioning
1. Currency & Validity
- All quoted prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
- The quoted price is exclusive of VAT and taxes.
- The quoted price includes complete system making, installation, testing and commissioning of the LED Display. There are no additional charges for these services.
- This quotation is valid for a period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of issuance.
- Delivery will be made within 30 days from the date of the work order.
2. Payment Terms
Payment shall be made in the following stages:
- 75% (Seventy-Five Percent) of the total contract value shall be payable upon confirmation of the order.
- The remaining 25% (Twenty-Five Percent) shall be payable prior to delivery of the LED display system.
3. Warranty & Guarantee Policy

- Official Warranty: Coverage includes eligible spare parts and service charges within the applicable warranty period as per selected product quality grade (Gold / Platinum / Diamond).
- Post-Warranty Support: Comprehensive service support will be provided for a duration of up to five (5) years on a cost basis after expiry of the official warranty. During this period, any required spare parts shall be borne by the client.
- Warranty does not cover damages caused by physical impact, over-voltage, water ingress, natural disasters, short circuit, fire, or any mishandling or misuse by the user. Any such damages will void the warranty and shall be chargeable as per actual repair or replacement cost.
4. After-Sales Support
- Our technical support team will be available during office hours for troubleshooting, configuration assistance and general guidance.
- Emergency support can be arranged on a priority basis depending on the nature and severity of the issue.
