Delivery takes 15–30 business days depending on model, size and project location.

2. Does Mugnee provide installation?

Yes. We provide full professional installation with structure, controller configuration, calibration and testing.

3. What warranty do you offer?

Warranty depends on product quality grade:
Gold – 1 Year
Platinum – 2 Years
Diamond – 3 Years

4. Do you offer post-warranty service?

Yes. We provide up to 5 years of post-warranty service on a cost basis.

5. What is the payment method?

Standard payment terms are 75% advance on order confirmation and 25% before delivery.

6. Do you provide emergency support?

Yes. Emergency support is available depending on the severity and nature of the issue.

7. Can I get a demo before ordering?

Yes, demo can be arranged at our showroom or through online video demonstration.
