Delivery & Installation Policy

Applicable for LED Display Supply, Delivery, Installation & Commissioning

1. Delivery Timeline

  1. Standard delivery time is 7–30 business days from the date of work order.
  2. Delivery schedule may vary depending on product size, customization, and project location.
  3. All deliveries are handled by our professional logistics partners to ensure safe transportation.

2. Delivery Terms

  1. Delivery is provided across all districts in Bangladesh.
  2. For remote locations, additional transportation charges may apply.
  3. Unloading support must be arranged by the client unless otherwise agreed.

3. Installation Service

  1. Professional installation is performed by certified technicians of Mugnee / LED Display Bangladesh.
  2. Installation includes: structure setup, electrical work, controller setup, calibration, and testing.
  3. Client must ensure availability of power source and mounting structure prior to installation.

4. Testing & Commissioning

  1. After installation, complete testing and calibration will be performed.
  2. Brightness, color uniformity, pixel check, and module performance will be verified.
  3. System handover will be provided with demonstration and basic training.

5. Installation Warranty

  1. Installation work includes 6 months free service warranty for installation-related issues.
  2. Any physical or environmental damage is not covered under installation warranty.
